290.05 BYLAWS; RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Public Safety Commission is hereby authorized and required, from time to time, to adopt bylaws and rules for the control, management and government of the Police Department and the Fire Department insofar as the same will not conflict with the City Charter, these Codified Ordinances or State statutes, particularly M.C.L.A. 38.501 et seq., as amended.
