The Public Safety Commission shall meet as often as it deems necessary, but not less than once a month. Meetings shall be governed by Robert's Rules of Order. There shall be a quorum present for the conduct of business and any four members present shall constitute a quorum. Members shall be removed for failure to act on the Commission in accordance with Section 82 of the City Charter and other pertinent provisions.
