The Parks and Recreation Commission shall meet as often as it deems necessary but not less than once a month. Meetings will be governed by Robert's Rules of Order. There must be a quorum present for the conduct of business and any five members present shall constitute a quorum. Members shall be removed for failure to act on the Commission in accordance with Section 82 of the City Charter and other pertinent provisions.
