274.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

There is hereby established in and for the City a Community Advisory Commission which shall consist of nine members. Such members shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at his or her pleasure, subject to the appointment provisions of Section 274.04.
