The City Beautiful Commission heretofore established is hereby continued. The Commission shall consist of seven members to be appointed by the Mayor in the manner prescribed by the Charter and of the following ex-officio members: the Director of Public Services, a member of the Planning Commission, to be appointed by the Chairperson thereof, and the Director of Inspections.
Appointed members of the Commission shall be appointed for a term of two years commencing on the third Monday in April of each odd-numbered year and shall qualify by taking the oath of office to be filed with the City Clerk. Members of the Commission shall serve without compensation for their service in such connection.
