246.02 RECEIPT AND DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS; ACCOUNTS.

All funds of the Water Department shall be received and disbursed by the City Treasurer. He or she shall keep a separate account designated as the Water Department Account and shall keep such other collateral accounts as he or she deems necessary from time to time in order to keep a proper division of the various subaccounts of the Department.
