246.01 AUTHORITY OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICES; PERSONNEL.

The head of the Water Department shall be the Director of Public Services. Other employees of the Department shall be considered Municipal employees and shall come under the civil service provisions of the City Charter in all respects.
