244.01 RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION.

The Department of Parks and Recreation shall be headed by the Director of Parks and Recreation who shall be in charge of the recreational use of City recreation areas and facilities, under the supervision and direction of the Parks and Recreation Commission.
