The Fire Chief shall perform the following duties:
(a) Investigate the origin, cause and circumstances of all fires;
(b) Issue all orders necessary for the enforcement of State laws and provisions of these Codified Ordinances; and
(c) Require and supervise from time to time fire drills from all schools and educational institutions as required by law.
