216.01 DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE.
   The administrative service of the City shall be divided into the following offices and departments, each of which shall be the responsibility and under the control of a head as listed opposite such office or department, under the supervision of such board, commission or other authority as may be prescribed by the City Charter or these Codified Ordinances.

   Office of Assessor   City Assessor
   Police Department   Police Chief
   Fire Department   Fire Chief

   Department of Engineering   City Engineer
   Building Department   Director of Inspections
   Department of Parks and Recreation   Director of Parks and Recreation
   Department of Law   City Attorney
   Finance Department   Director of Finance
   The administrative officers of the City shall have the duties and responsibilities prescribed in the City Charter and in these Codified Ordinances.
