206.01 PRIMARY ELECTIONS.

Pursuant to the authority granted by Act 378 of the Public Acts of 1974 (M.C.L.A. 168.644b), as amended, the primary election to be known as the "Odd Year Primary Election" shall be held on the Tuesday following the second Monday in September in each odd numbered year, between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., local time.
