Sec. 242 Ecorse Township employees; service credit.

Service rendered the former Ecorse Township by an employee of the City shall be credited to him as City service; provided the said employee was employed by the said Township within a period of one year immediately preceding the effective date of this Charter and becomes employed by the City within a period of one year from and after the effective date of this Charter.
