Sec. 215 Establishment of fees and costs.
   All the provisions of the general laws of the State of Michigan in relation to the fees chargeable in the several proceedings in the justice courts in townships shall apply to said Court, except as such fees may be modified by the City Council, and shall be collected for the use and benefit of the City of Southgate. The Council shall by ordinance establish and fix the fees and costs which may be taxed by the Court in all civil matters and in all cases for the violations of the Charter or City ordinances and in such criminal cases which will not be inconsistent with the general laws of the State. The Council shall by ordinance also fix and determine the fees to be paid the Constables for the service of criminal and civil process. Such ordinance shall be originally enacted within ninety days after the effective date of this Charter.
