Sec. 211 Recovery of fines, penalties and forfeitures.

Said Municipal Judges shall also have authority, and it shall be their duty, to hear, try and determine all suits and prosecutions for the recovery and enforcing of fines, penalties and forfeitures imposed by the Charter and ordinances of the City of Southgate to punish offenders for the violation of said Charter and ordinances as therein prescribed and directed.
