Sec. 208 Jurisdiction.

Said Court shall have concurrent jurisdiction in all civil matters, causes, suits and proceedings, ex contractu and ex delicto, where the debt or damage does not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) and concurrent jurisdiction in all actions of replevin wherein the value of the property does not exceed the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000).
