Sec. 207 Qualifications of Judges.

The Judges of said Court shall be regularly licensed attorneys and counsellors at law, licensed to practice in the State of Michigan, and shall possess such other qualifications as are prescribed in Act No. 5 of 1956, as amended, and in this Charter for elective officers.
