At the election upon which this Charter is submitted, there shall be elected two Municipal Judges who shall hold office until July 4, 1961; and thereafter, every four years at the biennial election, there shall be elected two Municipal Judges whose term of office shall be for four years and commence on the fourth day of July of the same year as their election and terminate four years thereafter on the fourth day of July.
