Sec. 193 Changing street names.

The Council shall have power to change the name of any street, but before doing so, shall set a date for hearing any objections thereto and shall give notice thereof by publication in the official newspaper of the City at least once not less than ten days prior to such hearing, and by posting such notice at least ten days prior to such hearing in three public places on said street.
