Sec. 182 Codification of ordinances.

The City Council shall, within a period of two years after the adoption of this Charter, enact such ordinances as are necessary for the efficient operation of the City, and shall provide for the establishment of the same in a codified form, and shall provide for the same to be printed in book or booklet form available for public distribution in the office of the Clerk at a reasonable charge.
