Sec. 103 Collection and deposit of moneys by Treasurer.

All taxes, special assessments and other moneys accruing to the City shall be collected by the Treasurer. All moneys received by the Treasurer shall be promptly deposited by him with such responsible banking institution or institutions as shall be designated by Council, and all interest on such deposits shall accrue to the benefit of the City.
