The fiscal and budget year of the City shall be as follows:
In the calendar year 1979, the fiscal and budget year shall commence on January 1, 1979, and terminate on January 31,1980. The next subsequent fiscal and budget year shall be February 1, 1980 through February 28, 1981. The next subsequent fiscal and budget year shall be March 1, 1981 through March 31, 1982. The next subsequent fiscal and budget year shall be April 1, 1982 through April 30, 1983. The next subsequent fiscal and budget year shall be May 1, 1983 through May 31, 1984. The next subsequent fiscal and budget year shall be June 1, 1984 through June 30, 1985.
Thereafter the fiscal and budget year of the City shall begin on the first day of July of each year and end on the thirtieth day of June of the next subsequent year. (Nov. 6, 1979)
