Sec. 93 Appointment to two or more offices; restriction.

Upon recommendation of the Mayor, the Council may, by resolution or ordinance, provide that one person may be appointed to any two or more appointive offices of the City or that the functions of any appointive office shall be exercised by one appointed to another appointive office; provided that the functions of such appointive offices are not incompatible.
