An Election Commission is hereby created consisting of the City Clerk, the City Attorney and the Mayor. The members shall serve without compensation. The Clerk shall be chairman and two members of such Commission shall be a quorum.
The Election Commission shall provide all necessary voting booths, equipment and supplies for the conduct of all elections and primary elections. The Election Commission shall have charge of all activities and duties required of it by statute and this Charter relating to the conduct of elections in the City. In any case where election procedure is in doubt, the Election Commission shall prescribe the procedure to be followed.
