Sec. 21 Wards and precincts.

The City of Southgate shall consist of one ward. The election precincts heretofore established for the Township of Ecorse within the boundaries of the City of Southgate shall continue to be the election precincts for the City of Southgate, unless otherwise changed pursuant to the laws of the State.
