543.04 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED; FALSE OR FICTITIOUS STATEMENTS.

(a) No person required by this chapter to furnish any report or information shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with each and all of the terms of this chapter or make any false or fictitious statement with respect to any fact required to be included in such report or statement.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
