The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay, subject to approval of the Mayor, such sums sufficient to pay the costs incurred by a medical facility conducting a physical examination of a person who is the victim of a sex-related offense committed within the City in accordance with Ohio R.C. 2907.28.
