529.09 GIFTS IN CONNECTION WITH BUSINESS.

(a) No holder of a permit issued by the Ohio Division of Liquor Control shall give away any beer or intoxicating liquor of any kind or description at any time in connection with the permit holder's business.

(ORC 4301.22(E))

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
