525.15 CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

Whoever violates any provision of Article XIII of the City Charter shall be, in addition to any other penalty provided under Article XIII of the City Charter, fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
