(a) No person shall keep, harbor or maintain any animal or fowl within 100 feet of the inhabited dwelling of any other person, except dogs, and cats, and chickens in accordance with the requirements of Section 722.05, Agriculture.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense; for each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
