(a) Any person owning, keeping or harboring a dog or cat shall have the animal vaccinated against rabies and shall keep the vaccination current.
(b) All owners or keepers as described in subsection (a) hereof shall have verification of such vaccination from a veterinarian and shall provide proof of such vaccination to any person so requesting.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
