503.02 ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (a)   No person shall stick, post, affix, paint, mark, write, print, impress or in any manner attach any poster, sign, handbill, placard or any other notice or advertisement of any description, whether mercantile, political or otherwise, upon the private property of another, whether real or personal, without first having obtained permission to do the same from the owner or occupant thereof.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
