(a) The parade chairman or other persons heading or leading or in charge of such activity shall carry the parade permit on his person during the conduct of the parade.
(b) No person shall take part in the management or direction of the parade unless he is named in the application.
(c) No person shall take part in or participate in any parade at any other time or on any other route than that named in the application.
(d) No parade shall contain participants or vehicles more than 50 percent greater in number than the number stated in the application for a permit.
(e) No person shall knowingly give any false or misleading information in any application for a parade permit.
(f) No person shall drive a vehicle through a parade, except with the permission of a police officer.
