315.07 CONTENTS OF PERMIT.

   Each parade permit shall contain:

   (a)   The starting and ending time of the parade;

   (b)   The minimum and maximum speed of movement;

   (c)   Those streets or portions thereof to be traversed; and

   (d)   Such other information or requirements as the Director of Public Safety finds necessary to the enforcement of this chapter.
