151.02 DEPUTY CLERK.

The Clerk of Court may appoint a Deputy Clerk who shall receive such compensation as the legislative authority may prescribe. Such Deputy Clerk shall take an oath of office before entering on the duties of his office and, when so qualified, may perform the duties pertaining to the office of the Clerk.
