1560.05 PROTECTION AND STORAGE OF CONTAINERS.
   Containers at a location open to the public shall be protected by:
   (a)   An enclosure shall be provided in accordance with NFPA standard #58 section 3.3.6.
   (b)   A lockable, vented metal locker or rack shall be provided that prevents tampering with valves and pilferage of cylinders.
   (c)   Protection against vehicular impact shall be provided in accordance with good engineering practices where vehicular traffic normally is expected at the location.
   (d)   Exchange cages must be kept free and clear of any combustibles or flammable materials. No storage or any type will be allowed within six feet of the cages.
   (e)   All containers shall be stored in an upright position so that ensures transmission of the vapor space to the pressure relief valve.
   (f)   Under no circumstances will cylinders (either empty or full) will be allowed to be stored outside of the secured cages.
   (g)   All filled or empty containers shall have outlet plugs in place.
   (h)   Tanks shall meet all current United States Department of Transportation cylinder specifications.
