An annual permit is required for each installation of propane tanks. Initially, a plan shall be submitted to the Fire Chief or his designee. The plan shows the location, number of tanks, and the means of protection against vehicular impact. If there is compliance with the provisions of this chapter, a permit will be issued by the Fire Prevention Bureau, upon proper submission of the current application form and payment of a permit fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
