The sale or exchange of twenty pound filled liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) (propane) tanks will be allowed if all provisions of this chapter are complied with as determined by the Fire Chief or his designee. A total of 720 pounds (36 twenty-pound tanks) will be the maximum allowed on site. Special request stating the need to exceed this amount must be submitted with permit application. Only one installation will be allowed per site.
