1550.03 USE OF OUTDOOR OR PORTABLE GRILLS.

No person shall kindle or maintain a fire for the preparation of food or any other purpose, in any type of outdoor or portable grill in or on any dwelling or common walkway or on or below any balcony of a habitable space. Under no circumstances will the use of a portable grill be allowed inside of any dwelling or structure.
