All blueprints for commercial buildings received by the Building Department of the City shall be submitted for review by the Bureau of Fire Prevention. When such submitted plans have been found to conform to the provisions of applicable codes and reviewed for preplan information, notice shall be given to the Building Commissioner that the plans meet Fire Department requirements.
