1520.03 INSPECTIONS.
   The Fire Chief, the Inspector for the Bureau of Fire Prevention or any assistant inspector may, with the consent of the owner, agent, administrator or occupant of a premises or vehicle, at all reasonable hours, enter any private dwelling or vehicle within his or her jurisdiction for the purpose of examining the same, as authorized by the statutes and laws of the State, and as limited by the Constitutions of the United States of America and the State of Ohio with respect to unreasonable searches and seizures.
   The Fire Chief, the Inspector for the Bureau of Fire Prevention or any assistant inspector shall regularly cause to be inspected all mercantile, commercial and industrial buildings, schools, institutions, multiple dwellings, places of public assembly, premises and vehicles within his or her jurisdiction, at all reasonable hours, to insure that all proper safety safeguards are being maintained as are applicable to the type of business conducted thereon.
