143.02 DUTIES OF BUILDING COMMISSIONER.

The Building Commissioner shall be charged with enforcing the provisions of the Building Code and the Zoning Code of the Municipality. He shall supervise and control the inspection of the construction and repair of all buildings in the Municipality and he shall render such additional duties as are required of him by the Mayor.
