Whoever violates any provision of this Code or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder or fails to comply therewith or with any written notice or written order issued thereunder, or for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be punishable in accordance with Section 501.99 of this Code of Ordinances. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
