1410.99 PENALTIES.

(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor for the first offense and a first degree misdemeanor for a second offense.

(b) Failure to correct a violation of this chapter within the time set forth in any notice from the City shall be cause for revocation of a child day care home permit.
