All real estate agents and all persons who operate or manage a dwelling with more than four dwelling units shall post in a conspicuous location in those areas of their places of business located within the City where prospective purchasers, sellers or renters normally make inquiries, and where the terms of a sale or rental are normally negotiated, a notice which contains the following language, printed on a light-colored background, in not less that 14-point type:
"It is a violation of the South Euclid Fair Housing Law, in connection with any housing activity, to discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, ancestry, disability, including people associated with or residing with a person meeting the definition of a disability, ethnic group, marital status, familial status, national origin, military status, association with someone of a protected class, sources of income, or receipt of public assistance.
