Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3735.66, the South Euclid Community Reinvestment Area is hereby established in the following described area: The City of South Euclid legal incorporation boundaries.
(a) The Community Reinvestment Area is the legal incorporation map of the City of South Euclid and by this reference incorporated herein.
(b) Only residential, commercial and/or industrial properties consistent with the applicable zoning regulations within the designated Community Reinvestment Area will be eligible for exemptions under this program.
