1328.05 NON-CONFORMANCE.

(a) There shall be no change in use or lamp type, or any replacement or structural alteration made, without conforming to all applicable requirements of this code.

(b) Within five years from the date of the enactment of this code, all outdoor lighting shall be altered to comply with the provisions of this code or be removed.
