(a) All small satellite earth stations shall be mounted on the roof of a building or in the rear yard of a parcel, unless reception of transmissions cannot be received in those locations. The structure, installation, electrical wiring and cables of small satellite earth stations shall be permitted in all zoning districts within the City, but also shall be in conformance with all applicable City building, electrical, zoning and fire codes and ordinances.
(b) Only one small satellite earth station shall be permitted for each lot.
