1322.04 PERMIT APPLICATION AND ISSUANCE FOR LARGE SATELLITE EARTH STATIONS; PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   A part-owner, occupant or lessee shall have permission from the owner of any lot, premises or parcel of land within the Municipality on which it is desired to construct or erect a large satellite earth station and may apply to the Commissioner of Buildings for the permit referred to in Section 1322.03.
   The applicant shall submit a written application upon forms provided by the Building Department along with a plot plan of the lot, premises or parcel of land, which plot plan shall show the exact location of the proposed earth station and the location of all buildings on the subject lot and describe the kind of large satellite earth station proposed. The application shall also be accompanied by three complete sets of construction plans, specifications and elevations of the proposed location with sufficient detail to show the method of assembly and construction. Each set of plans and specifications shall show the complete name and address of the subject property owner and the complete name and address of the person who prepared the plans and specifications. The application shall indicate the owner of the subject property, the occupant of the subject premises and the contractor or other person who or which will be permitted to construct or erect the proposed large satellite earth station, who or which shall be a construction contractor pursuant to the ordinances of the City. All construction plans shall be certified with a professional engineer's stamp.
   The Commissioner of Buildings, or the Commissioner's designee, may issue the permit, provided the applicant has met all requirements of this chapter.
