As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates that a different meaning is intended:
(a) "City" shall mean the City of South Euclid.
(b) "Large satellite earth station" shall mean an antenna that is designed to receive direct broadcast satellite service, including direct-to-home satellite service, that is in excess of one meter in diameter.
(c) "Small satellite earth station" shall mean an antenna that is designed to receive direct broadcast satellite service, including direct-to-home satellite service, that is one meter or less in diameter.
