Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the City the current Ohio Building Code (OBC), as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, and as published in the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC), save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.
